We went as a family of four on a sea kayaking adventure with instructors Paul and Kay. We had an absolute blast- learning how to kayak, picking up some great facts on the geology and marine biology of this extraordinary coastline, exploring mysterious caves and seeing some amazing wildlife. It really is a different experience seeing the coast from the water. Satisfied my initially nervous 8 year old (who now loves it and wants to go again) and my adventure thirsty 11 year old. We even learned to surf in a kayak which was great fun! Huge thanks to Gethin who helped us organise everything with minimal effort on our part and answered questions tirelessly. A fantastic time had by all. Our family of four (kids aged 10 and 8) joined with a lovely father and his two sons. Andy, our instructor/guide, was absolutely fantastic. Patient, encouraging, funny and incredibly knowledgeable about the floral and fauna of the beautiful coastline. His geological input was fascinating and a welcome addition to the adrenaline hits when jumping/belly flopping into the sea from great heights. Great time coasteering around from Stackpole Quay to Barafundle Bay, with Rhys as our guide. Activity Pembrokeshire provided all the gear, which was really helpful. Changing facilities and parking onsite were very good, and warm showers at the end. Amazing coastline to jump and scramble over, with visits to sea caves and secluded bays. Very enjoyable. Went with my 14 and 10 year old children and all had a good time. The info about the wildlife and geology are interesting - particularly for townies. One suggestion would be to get a job-lot of over-shorts in stock from Mike Ashley (or similar). We had a great time doing coasteering. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (age 13 and 11). Instuctors were brilliant and made it really fun. The jumps were great. Only good things to say about Activity Pembrokeshire: we went Coastering in the Week and it was an absolute blast! Started at Stackpole Bay and worked south along the coast. Elenor and Jonah our guides were friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Led us on an action packed coasting tour with cliff jumping and caving! It was great fun! We also went coastal kayaking. Again from Stackpole Bay and thanks to our guides Kay and Paul we had an awesome trip. We went quite far along the coast via Barafundle. Such a fun morning sea kayaking with Activity Pembrokeshire. We were a large group with mixed ages and fairly novice kayakers but our guides, Matt and Rhys lead us out expertly and with confidence. The sea view of the coast is beautiful and the kayak experience turns it into an adventure for all ages. Gethin was so responsive and made the whole process of booking so easy.
